Our Credo

ARTS - The Animating Force in Education

Mathematics calculates systems of order applied to both nature and the cosmos.

Biology reveals to us systems of living forms.

But only the Arts and the Religions reveal the philosophies of HOW to live, by defining high and low value standards through the integrity of an intention.

Painter Mark Rothko summed it up concisely by pointing out that "the subject is crucial."

The fact that value giving reflects the integrity of intention is also confirmed by neuropsychological studies which proclaim that high aspiration to achieve Beauty through classical forms is cross-cultural.
